BIOSKETCHDr Urisha Naidoo is a dedicated researcher and academic with a PhD in Higher Education from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), awarded in 2019. Her research interests span health sciences education, professional development, academic success, and paediatric speech and language disorders. Dr Naidoo is actively engaged in interdisciplinary work, serving as a facilitator for a PhD cohort within UKZN’s School of Education. She contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for both national and international journals and has published extensively in recognized national journals. Her research has also been presented at international conferences, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in her fields of expertise. In addition to her scholarly contributions, Dr Naidoo serves as a reviewer for the National Research Foundation, further supporting the development of research excellence in South Africa.
